What you can expect
CMO coaching with me is not passive. You'll reflect, challenge assumptions, explore new strategies, and you'll be held accountable.
We'll set goals at the outset, usually supported by a 360° leadership review. These goals act as a baseline so we can measure progress over time, not just in confidence, but in performance and leadership impact.
Coaching with me is by application, and I take on two to three engagements at a time.
