This policy describes how CMO Coach, trading as Business For Good Ltd, 44 Saxon Road, Hove BN3 4LF, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”), collects, uses and discloses your information when you use this website (cmocoach.co). You can contact us about anything in this policy at andy@cmocoach.co.

Information we collect

You can browse this site without giving us any personal information. We collect personal information only when you choose to provide it:

  • The coaching application form: your name, email, current role and company, LinkedIn profile URL, location and time zone, funding arrangements, coaching history, your answers about what you want to achieve, and how you found us.
  • The Career Fast Track waiting list and call bookings: handled by SalesMate webforms and Calendly on their own pages; their privacy policies apply to what you enter there.
  • Email: anything you send to our email addresses.

How we use your information

  • To review and respond to your coaching application
  • To manage waiting lists, bookings and coaching engagements
  • To respond to enquiries and provide support
  • To understand how people find us (for example, whether you found us through search, AI assistants, or referral)

We will only use your information for another purpose with your consent, unless the law requires otherwise.

Where your information lives

Our website and the services behind it are operated by:

  • Vercel (website hosting) and Cloudflare (domain registration and network)
  • SalesMate (our customer relationship system, where application and waiting list details are stored)
  • Calendly (call scheduling) and Google Workspace (email and documents)

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties beyond the service providers above, except to comply with the law, enforce our agreements, or respond to claims.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described here, or as the law requires. Application details for engagements that do not proceed are deleted within two years.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, receive a copy of it, restrict or object to its processing, withdraw consent, or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office). To exercise any of these rights, email andy@cmocoach.co and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.
