How an engagement works

Every engagement is personal, but the structure is proven. We begin with the Myers-Briggs Personal Impact Report: a deep, honest map of how you lead, communicate under pressure, and where your blind spots sit. From there we agree clear objectives, and where the company funds the coaching, we align those objectives with your CEO or HR sponsor without ever compromising confidentiality.

Sessions are 90 minutes and focused, with timing and frequency tailored to your specific situation, and direct access to me between sessions for short questions and support. Everything is remote, wherever you are in the world; I coach leaders from New York to Sydney.

  • An agreed package of 90-minute coaching sessions, with timing and frequency tailored to your situation
  • A certified Myers-Briggs assessment and debrief
  • Two administered 360 reviews: one at the outset to baseline, one at the close to measure progress
  • Stakeholder interviews to understand the dynamics around you
  • Access to my proprietary tools and frameworks
  • Introductions to my network where they can help
  • Where the company sponsors the engagement: one session dedicated to three-way objective setting with your sponsor, with reporting cadence agreed by all parties

Before-and-after 360 reviews, agreed objectives, visible shifts in how you lead. This is coaching with the rigour a board expects, because that’s the standard I work to every day.

Self-discovery and baselining, values, resilience and energy management, leadership vision and style, communication under pressure, the imposter syndrome that shadows the most talented leaders.

Strategic positioning and performance (brand and marketing strategy, effectiveness, metrics and ROI), building the marketing function (organisation design, operating models, build-versus-buy capability, budgets, partners), and leadership effectiveness (high-performance cultures, stakeholder influence, elevating marketing from tactical to strategic).

Fees are bespoke to the engagement’s scope and are typically company funded. What I can tell you upfront: this is a premium engagement, deliberately limited, and every engagement includes measurement, so the business sees the return.
