A seven-week group programme for senior marketing leaders facing redundancy or searching for their next role. Six live two-hour group coaching sessions, 3 to 12 hours of self-directed work per module, delivered on Andrew Garrihy’s own coaching platform in a small, personally selected cohort.

Cost and payment
£800 per participant, with no VAT.
The participant pays directly and receives an invoice in their name, showing your organisation on request, to reclaim. No supplier onboarding or purchase order is needed.
In the UK, reimbursed outplacement fees can be exempt from income tax under section 310 of ITEPA 2003 when its conditions are met. Check with your payroll or tax adviser. How the exemption works
