  • Do it (tasks requiring your immediate attention)
  • Delegate it (tasks better handled by team members)
  • Defer it (tasks that can wait)
  • Delete it (tasks that aren’t essential)

This systematic approach prevents the paralysis that comes from being overwhelmed and helps you focus your energy where it’s most needed.

S - Seek Support Options
